Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Semisweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate. The difference between chocolate flavours is based on the processing and ingredients included in each chocolate formula. Real chocolate only has a short list of ingredients so read the label carefully.
